IIAC TRAINER
The IIAC Trainer is one of the professionals authorized to carry out the Italian Espresso Experience. He is an ambassador of the Italian espresso culture and acts by transmitting to students the information and the basic tasting technique to evaluate the drink.
The Italian Espresso Experience seminar provides basic preparation for tasting Italian espresso. The basic principles of the sensory analysis of the drink, primarily the use of the tasting card, must therefore be transmitted to the participants in an intuitive way, alternating the theory with the practice of tasting: hence the need for a qualified professional like that of the IIAC Trainer.
The qualification as IIAC Trainer is achieved by participating in the specific courses and passing its exams. IIAC members who have successfully attended Modules 1, 2 and 3 are entitled to participate.
