Owner barista of “BAR FIORE”.

Learned about coffee at “Miyakoshiya Coffee” for 3 years and a half. Strongly impressed by espresso and longed for a “Italian bar”.

Jan. 2008  Opened his shop “BAR FIORE” at Sapporo. (It would be a first “Italian bar” at Sapporo).

Trying to spread the Italian espresso in Hokkaido.
