The courses of the International Institute of Coffee Tasters

In our courses you will learn to evaluate the quality of the Italian espresso. At the moment they are divided into two levels:

 

Licence course: Espresso Italiano Tasting: the basic level in which you learn how to taste espresso and to outline its sensory profile.

Espresso Italiano Specialist: the advanced level in which you learn how to get the best out of the blend, the espresso machine and the coffee grinder so that you can always have a perfect espresso.
